Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. We can You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We must warn you that we are a British company, based in the UKand our system only allows us to charge in £ sterling. This means that you will be charged the £ Sterling equivalent to the $ Dollar price shown on the site. We cannot be held responsible for the fluctuation in the exchange rate. It is also possible that you will be charged a surcharge for the currency exchange. We are sorry if this happens but this is not our responsibility. Stock items are dispatched immediately except for cheque payments which must clear before goods can be shipped. Tailoring and any out of stock items are usually sent within six to twelve weeks of receipt of order, please note there can be delays during the peak re-enactment season. . |

Delivery Schedule The majority of our sutlery products are available from stock, occasionally we run out of some items but this is usually only a temporary situation. We keep stocks of many of the Confederate Depot Jackets and also Federal Sack Coats, shirts and trouser for both in the standard Army sizes of the time. Clothing items that have to be made vary in delivery time from 6 weeks for some simple items to 12 weeks for complicated items. The majority of our clothing is made to order and therefore qualifies as a 'Special Order' under our returns policy. 'Special Orders' do not qualify for a refund but every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, in the unlikely event that despite our best efforts you are still not satisfied with your 'Special Order' we will at our discretion offer you a credit note to the value less a 10% restocking charge.. |
