An issue item for the British Army in the mid to late 19th Century. Made from dark blue wool with a gross grain ribbon and red pom pom, very good quality.

We have made plenty of these over the years, but never actually advertised them! So due to popular demand...This early war shell jacket is made in grey wool only, with Black cuffs, eppaulettes and bastions. The bastions are fastened with 9 block 'C' buttons This shell jacket is lined in cream cotton with an inside breast pocket.

We were recently asked by one of our customers to recreate the character of Bill The Butcher from the Martin Scorsese film 'Gangs of New York'. This was straightforward enough to do as we make everything he wears anyway!
Finished off with our new Stovepipe Top Hat, the single breasted frockcoat, double breasted Mississippi waistcoat and civilian trousers look a treat! All these items are available in the American West Section .

Made by us for one of our collector clients, to his own specification. We show this uniform simply to say that any Lancer's Regiment uniform can be recreated.

Please note we do not supply the shoulder scales or insignia, you will need to obtain them separately. We only fit generic buttons, the ones fitted to this uniform were supplied by the client.

Made from heavyweight grey wool and fitted with pewter buttons. The coat is unlined and raw edged at the bottom of the coat, cape and at the collar edge. We made a large number of these for display and use at the Tower of London.

RB637 Airborne Trousers
Airborne version of the 1937 pattern WWII trousers these are exact copies of originals in our collection, you won't find anything better than these.

A very common frock coat of the period 1790-1815, it is made from a very nice quality Hainsworth wool, fully lined in polished cotton. The rear pocket flaps and the cuffs are edged with gold lace, plain brass buttons are fitted.

A typical Officers vest made to a period pattern in a burgundy floral silk effect cloth, the back of the waistcoat is made from cream satin with lace-up adjustment at the rear. The buttons are covered with the same fabric for that period 'correct' look. Please note the high collar. Made to order only 10-12 weeks delivery.

This is an historically accurate 'suit' for a middle class gentleman circa 1830's, it was based on an original outfit. The cost includes the coat and breeches. This outfit can be made in most colours a selection are listed below. Made to order only delivery 10 weeks approximately.

Made for a Stately Home/Museum client as a replica of one of their original 'Waistcoats' ( I.E. A coat that finishes at the waist and that has sleeves).
This was part of the uniform worn by the groundsmen who worked on the estate and is an exact copy of the original. These were worn in the household from appoximately 1830 to 1900 and possibly beyond.

Historic Note:
There is evidence that suggests an slightly different version was also provided with cotton sleeves that could be worn underneath a frockcoat, these were probably worn by butlers and other house servants.
