In Autumn 2001 President Clinton was presented with a set of these buttons struck from solid gold. A further 60 sets were manufactured & we have now sold all but 8 sets. Each set is supplied in Blue leather finish box with gold leaf edging, the interior is lined in a white silken material & bears the Firmin logo & Royal Warrants. And the buttons included in the set are:
Confederate States Buttons: 1 x CSN Navy Button 7/8"; 1 x Staff Button 1,1/16th"; 1 x Staff Button 15/16th"; 1 x Artillery Button (capital gothic 'A') 1,1/16th" and 1 x Riflemans Button (block R) 9/16th".
Federal States Button: 1 x General Service button 7/8" size.
